Meet Claudia
Mediator and Separation/Divorce and Transitional Coach
Hi,

I'm Claudia RSSW, CDC, Q.Med, (Associate AccFM)

Having a diverse educational background led me to pursue a career in collabration with families and couples seeking solutions in a peaceful way. We all come from a different place, and meeting people where they are at in life is pivotal to growth and change. I feel inspired by peoples willingness to grow.

"For what it's worth it's never too late, in my case, too early to be whomever you want to be. There's no limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best of it or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things that you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find that you are not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again." - F. Scott Fitzgerald
Meet Crystal
Mediator
Hi,
I'm Crystal.
Recently, I made a life-changing decision to end a career of 13 years. I have to say, this was such a challenging decision, but I knew I had to follow my heart and take a different path. This led to my journey to become a mediator.
I graduated from Police Foundations and the Community Support Worker program. My most recent accomplishment was graduating from the York University Certificate Program in Family Mediation.
I am currently working towards obtaining my accreditation through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation.

I have worked extensively in the Social Service field for over 20 years. Some of my experience includes working with families who were going through significant life changes by helping the family to develop appropriate strategies and goals to resolve the crisis they were experiencing. In addition to this, I supported At-Risk Youth by empowering them to take charge of their life to reach their goals and achieve a better quality of life. I am very interested in the rights of children and the need to advocate for their best interests.
I am passionate about resolving matters in a way that meets the needs of all family members. I have a tremendous amount of pride when I observe the positive changes or “aha moments” that leave a person feeling inspired and confident.
Even though mediation can be stressful and overwhelming, I can provide you with an easy-going approach with enthusiasm and humor when it may be helpful.
Outside of work I am typically having some sort of adventure with my husband and two children. I love a variety of sports, cooking, and traveling the world. Some of my proudest moments thus far were competing internationally with the Canadian Military Soccer team and coaching youth soccer.

At this time I am currently not taking any new clients until further notice.
