About Us
Our small team of neutral mediators are here to help parties resolve issues relating to decision making, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and division of property.
What to Expect
The Mediation Process
TruNorth Mediation facilitates a safe space for open discussion in working towards a mutual agreement. Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques.
All cases are thoroughly screened for power imbalances and barriers. Both parties must be willing to communicate their concerns, needs, and listen to each other to work out an amicable resolution.
